Platform Walkthrough

How Service Alliance Works.

Eight tools. One unified profile. A persistent AI Avatar that follows you across every touchpoint — powered by Kinship Intelligence.

Kinship Action Markets · KAM

Your Avatar. Your Record. Your Rewards.

Every Service Alliance member is assigned a personal AI Avatar via Kinship's KAM framework — the decision-making structure that binds Objectives (what you're working toward), Governance (how you contribute to the community), and Rewards (recognition for meaningful participation) into a single binding protocol. Your Avatar is persistent — it follows you across all eight tools and cannot privately optimize against your stated values.

The HEARTS Framework

Kinship's multidimensional measurement system for organizational and relational health.

Every Service Alliance tool, value, and design decision is built on this foundation.

Marcus — 12 years, U.S. Army, 11B Infantry. Three combat deployments. Just separated. No job lined up. No idea where to start. This is how Service Alliance closes every gap.

Veteran Journey

Step 1 of 10 · Onboarding & Identity

Marcus arrives. His Avatar wakes up.

Marcus is a 12-year Army Infantry Veteran — 11B, three deployments, just separated. He lands on Service Alliance and creates his profile. He uploads his DD-214 and service records. Within minutes, his verified warrior profile is live: branch, MOS, units, deployments, awards. This is not a resume. It is a record of service. Note: Marcus could have joined Service Alliance on active duty — building his MyServiceID from his ERB, unit assignments, and service records years before his DD-214 was ever issued. His network, his legacy, his credentials — built while still in uniform.

Kinship Intelligence · KAM + HEARTS

KAM (Kinship Action Markets) activates Marcus's AI Avatar — binding his Objectives, Governance participation, and Rewards into one tamper-resistant protocol. Simultaneously, Marcus's MyServiceID wallet is established — his permanent digital identity containing his verified service credential. For active duty Service Members, an AS-SBT (Active-Service Soulbound Token) is issued directly from ERB, ORB, or official service records — no DD-214 required. For Veterans, a DD-SBT (Digital Discharge) is issued from the DD-214. Either path, the credential is cryptographically bound, growing, and sovereign from day one of service.
