Service Alliance — AI-Enabled Veteran Network

About

Built by a Veteran.
Built for Veterans.

Service Alliance was founded by a transitioning Army Officer with 20 years of active-duty experience — someone who lived the gaps firsthand and built the platform they wished had existed.

Vision

A world where every Veteran is known, connected, and never forgotten.

Where the stories, sacrifices, and service of the military community are preserved, celebrated, and leveraged for the benefit of those who served — and the generations that follow.

Mission

The permanent digital home of the military community.

To build an Agentic AI-powered platform that connects active duty Service Members, Guard, Reserve, and Veterans to each other and to the services, opportunities, and recognition they have earned — serving as the permanent digital home of the entire military community. Your network starts the day you raise your right hand. It does not begin on separation day.

We built this for the people who earned it.

Service Alliance exists so the bonds, the record, and the recognition of those who served are never lost to a folder in a closet or a platform that shuts down.

Why Service Alliance

The gaps existing platforms haven't closed.

LinkedIn and RallyPoint

Built for general networking. No VA integration, no archival tools, no crisis support, no unit association management.

VA.gov

Fragmented, difficult to navigate, no community layer, no AI assistance, no peer connection.

Facebook Groups / Ning

General-purpose tools adapted by Veteran groups. No military-specific features, aging infrastructure, no AI capabilities.

No unified platform

10,000+ U.S. unit associations have no modern, unified platform. Heritage and community are siloed across dozens of failing tools.

Core Values

What we stand for.

Every decision runs through seven principles. One word. Seven commitments.

M

Merit Over Marketing

We build tools that earn trust through performance, not promises. If it doesn't serve the person who served, it doesn't deploy.

I

Identity Sovereignty

Every Veteran owns their data, their story, and their digital identity. MyServiceID exists because your service record belongs to you — not a platform.

S

Service Beyond Self

The same principle that drove you to raise your right hand drives us to build. We exist to serve those who served, and we measure success by impact — not impressions.

S

Security by Design

Human-in-the-loop AI. End-to-end data protection. No exceptions, no shortcuts. Veterans trusted the government with their lives — they deserve a platform that earns that same level of trust.

I

Intelligent Community

Kinship Intelligence doesn't replace human connection — it strengthens it. AI should make it easier to find your people, access your benefits, and preserve your legacy.

O

Operational Excellence

We build like we trained — with standards, accountability, and attention to detail. Eight AI Tools. One ecosystem. Zero wasted motion.

N

No One Left Behind

From Roll Call to The Forge, every tool exists to close a gap. Benefits navigation, career transition, legacy preservation, civic engagement — if Veterans need it, we build it.

Technology

Agentic AI — not just AI features.

Service Alliance is AI-native. Autonomous agents actively run workflows, guide users, connect resources, and surface insights without constant human intervention. An agent can research a Veteran's VA claim status, identify support organizations, draft a benefits appeal letter, schedule a counselor appointment, and follow up — all triggered by a single user action.

Front Door

Next.js (web) + React Native (mobile). AI-guided onboarding and intelligent routing.

Identity & Verification

Veteran identity verification via DD-214 and VA records using secure document AI.

Agent Orchestration

Central AI engine routing tasks across AI Tools. Agents communicate via shared memory and context. Powered by Kinship Systems infrastructure.

Data & Privacy

All Veteran data encrypted at rest and in transit. HIPAA-adjacent standards for health and disability data. User data sovereignty policy.

Integration Bus

APIs to VA.gov, ArcGIS (ESRI), Library of Congress, National Archives, LinkedIn, and federal employment databases.

AI Agents

Kinship Systems agent infrastructure for core agentic capabilities — the technology backbone for scalable, secure deployment.

Architecture

The House That Service Built

Every part of the house is a part of the Alliance.

Cutaway blueprint illustration of a house representing Service Alliance: its legal standing is the deed, the 100 founding members are the foundation, its agents are the wiring powered by Kinship Intelligence, and its governance is the windows.
The Construction Company — Service Alliance
The builder who drew the plans and raised the house. Service Alliance LLC — the Sponsor and Registering Member — framed every beam, ran every line, and finished every room so the family could move in.
The Lot — West Virginia
The ground the house sits on: the one state with the full legal stack (entity + capital + compute) zoned for building.
The Deed — Legal Standing (HB 5060)
Legal ownership. Until it's recorded the house is a plan; on July 1 the Alliance holds title in its own name.
The Foundation — 100 Founding Members
Poured first, carries everything. No foundation, no house — the law requires all 100 blocks before the walls go up.
The Plumbing — Secure Payments
Fast, low-cost payments run to every fixture in the house — value reaches each member in seconds.
The Gutters — Shared Treasury
Revenue rains on the roof — memberships, services, partnerships — and the gutters catch every drop for the mission. Nothing runs off to outside landlords.
The Rain Barrel — Member-Governed Treasury
A treasury no single hand can tip — held for the community and directed by member governance.
The Wiring — Kinship Intelligence
LangGraph is the breaker panel in the attic; the circuits in the walls carry agent power to every appliance below.
The Windows — Decision Markets
Governance you can see through; every vote and proposal visible from inside and out. No smoke-filled rooms.
The Front Door — Service Alliance
The one way in. Members, VSOs, and agents all enter through Service Alliance, onto the same floor.
The Key — MyServiceID
A permanent key cut to your service record. It opens the door, proves you belong, and stays yours for life.
The Locks — Multi-Key Security
Three separate key shares — device, recovery, and platform. No single key, including the builder's, opens the safe alone.
The House Records — Searchable Memory
Filed in the attic: every member, promise, and payment is recorded and searchable by meaning.
The Rooms — Members & VSOs at Home
Veterans, Active Duty, spouses, and law enforcement live here; each VSO furnishes a common room of its own.
The Attic — Wall of Honor & LegacyLog
Where the family's memory is kept; every story, medal, and name preserved upstairs, never thrown out.
The Roof — The Mission
What catches the rain and shelters everyone under it; forged by service, elevated by AI.
The Mailbox — servicealliance.ai
The public address. How the neighborhood — employers, agencies, partners — finds the house and knocks.
The Appliances — The Agents (Avatars · Electors · Performers)
The Avatar is the smart speaker that knows the family and speaks for you. The Elector is the thermostat — always sensing, always voting on the house's conditions to your settings. The Performer is the washer: load in the chore, it does the work. Appliances assist; the family decides — no machine runs unattended.

Forged by service. Elevated by AI. — Move-in day: October 2026.

For those who want the details

How Service Alliance is built.

You don’t need to know any of this to use Service Alliance — but if you’re an organization, a partner, or just curious how the pieces fit, here it is in plain terms.

What you join.
Service Alliance. One platform, one membership, one mission. Everything below simply makes that platform trustworthy and durable.
Who runs it.
Service Alliance LLC — a Virginia company — builds and operates the platform and sponsors the community.
What gives it legal standing.
Service Alliance operates as part of a member-governed organization registered in West Virginia under a 2026 law (HB 5060) that, for the first time, gives internet-native organizations real legal standing. That standing is what lets the community hold a treasury, govern itself, sign agreements, and act with a real liability shield — protections a club or a Facebook group simply can’t offer. The West Virginia registration is handled by our infrastructure partner, Kiduna Club.
Who issues your credentials.
Your MyServiceID and every ServiceCoin, ServicePatch, ServicePin, and ServiceBadge are issued under that legal standing and administered by Service Alliance for the service community.
Who powers the technology.
The AI agents and tools are powered by Kinship Intelligence and built on infrastructure from Kiduna Club, with ethical guidance from the nonprofit Kinship Intelligence Institute.
The bottom line.
Different pieces, one purpose: a platform for the service community that’s verified, member-governed, legally real, and built to endure.
