Service Alliance is a nonprofit association being formed under West Virginia's Decentralized Unincorporated Nonprofit Association (DUNA) law. Joining is free — there are no fees, dues, or investments, and membership is not a security and confers no equity. Founding Members help establish the association so it can meet the legal requirements to file on July 1, 2026.
What membership gives you

- Issuance of your MyServiceID credential
- A minted, non-transferable Founder ServicePatch recorded in your MyServiceID
- A vote on future decisions that help govern the association
What you're agreeing to
- To join the association as a member, free of charge
- To uphold the bylaws that maintain Service Alliance — an association focused on serving those who serve and those who served
- To be listed as a Founding Member by first name, last initial, and category only — your email and contact details are never published
- That this is a free membership, not an investment, and confers no equity or financial return
